Abstract:
The general objective of the project, presented in this article, is to create a hardware and software platform to provide support in substantiating decisions and coordinating activities in crisis situations. Thus, the main objective is to make a prototype module for "agent- based modeling and simulation of pedestrian crowds in panic situations", to which will be added modules for "Detection of the escape route from a scene using Deep Learning and Voronoi networks" and ”remote monitoring system of the physiological parameters of the intervention teams”. To achieve this support system for making strategic decisions, we propose the implementation of a complex hardware and software architecture of C5ISR type (command and control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance).
