Abstract:

The focus of this article is on the appraisal of the strategic role of interregional integration processes in the context of territorial socio-economic system development under present-day conditions. The main new element of the study is consideration of interregional cooperation issues in specific conditions – under the pressure of external factors (world economy mainly). Key factors of intensity and effectiveness of interregional interaction are identified. Some approaches to the problems of interregional integration processes development under uncertainty of the environmental conditions are established.
