Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of strategic management in a rapidly changing environment. More effective control can be achieved through the forming and using of dynamic capabilities of an enterprise, manifested in the ability to timely or ahead to convert its strategically important or, other words, VRIN resources in accordance with forecasted changes in the environment. The proposed method of assessing strength of dynamic capabilities of the enterprise is based on relationship between dynamic capabilities and their direction. It is revealed that in theory of dynamic capabilities an important problem of strategic choice, which occurs when, in response to projected changes in the environment, the company is developing several scenarios of the behavior, is not considered. The solution to this problem is proposed to implement using foresight technology. As criteria for final selection of the directions of development it is proposed to use the correlation coefficient of the strength of dynamic capabilities of enterprises to the influence of the external environment.
