Abstract:

Tourism has an important role in Romania’s economy and therefore its results must be maximized through the ways of reorganization of this sector in order to tighten the strengths available through the use of projects and programs which to increase the offered quality services. The present paper studies the domain of the regional tourism activity, referring to the South Muntenia development region in Romania and proposing a variant of sustainable development strategy of this sector for this level space, considered as a primary objective for tourism recovery.
