Abstract:
Among the practitioners as well as among the researchers in the field of management, the theme of leadership enjoys a boundless and special interest. Regarding the results of the management within the SMEs, a very important role is played by the management. Researchers and managers often ask the following: while achieving superior corporate sustainability, resilience but also notable financial performance, to generate an appropriate balance between ecological, social and economic objectives, what must a company achieve? In the field of leadership, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have benefited from a limited number of studies. For this reason, understanding as well as identifying leadership styles in SMEs are particularly important. The study of the relationship between organizational commitment, outcome variables (leadership effectiveness, employee satisfaction with the leader but also additional effort from employees) and leadership dimensions is the main objective of this paper.
