Abstract:
In the article was investigated the organization of non-state pension provision in Russia, in particular, the specifics of the pension programs for public employees at the example of teachers. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the opportunities for non-state pension programs development and identify the factors influencing its future, assuming the challenges of the modern Russian economy.In the article it was also analyzed the problems of corporate pension programs’ development in the light of further reform of the accumulative component of the pension system of the Russian Federation and the introduction of individual pension capital concept of, which could potentially provide an inflow of capital and participants in the system of non-state pension provision.
