A study of Innovative Strategies and the Performance Results of an Enterprise

Abstract:

The authors present the results of studying the influence of innovative strategies on the performance results of an enterprise. The analysis of the strategies takes into account the costs of research and development. An IT company was selected as an example. Econometric analysis was carried out, proving the assumptions made by the authors by the results of the developed regression models. The final model obtained confirms that an increase in the costs of research and development leads to an increase in the revenue of the enterprise; an additional factor contributing to greater revenue is selecting the Need Seekers strategy. Specific results of studying the influence of innovative strategies on the performance results of the enterprise were obtained for an example of an IT company.
