Abstract:

The importance of project management techniques has increased in the business due to growing need of expansion through assets investments, mergers, and acquisitions [1]. This paper endeavors to analyze and study the various project management techniques, along with that, the importance of the project management techniques that play an important role to assure the success of the project are also studied.  In this paper primary data has been collected through survey. Survey was conducted with the help of structured questionnaire. Through this report we have learned how project management techniques for the organization are framed. It has been observed that integrity, reliability, and performance are the core areas where company wish to excel without compromising quality aspect.
