Abstract:

This research work covers study of the concept of inclusive growth in contemporary world, in particular, in the process of social and economic development of countries and regions. The essence, significance and main purpose of the concept of inclusive growth is considered. The definition of inclusive growth is disclosed from the point of view of different authors and the concept of inclusive growth index. The authors propose an adapted methodology for assessing inclusive growth for municipal entities of the Russian Federation. The methodology and assessment is based on the definition of the index of 7 major groups of indicators, in which inclusive growth is traced, with the definition of final integral index of inclusive growth. The conceptual essence of final assessment is individual in its nature. The results of the analysis may be applied in the process of developing and implementing state and regional programs, as well as strategies for development of the regions of Russia.
