Abstract:

This paper highlights the results of research in the subject area Sustainability as part of the doctoral thesis. Social, Environment and Governance are the three essential pillars of ESG model and the focus of research. These three criteria are placed in connection to economic indicators in a relationship and examines their impact to each other. As a result, the individual effects highlight clear is to be recognized, which define the explicit action. The results are closing a research gap and serve the companies to control measures in the field of sustainability and to generate competitive advantages.
