Abstract:

The main goal of the researchers is a detailed assessment of the impact of FIDIC Conditions of Contract (CoC) on the implementation of construction investments in Poland. In order to assess the FIDIC CoC in detail, the researchers Will ask the following research questions: 1) How do the FIDIC CoC influence the key parameters related to the performance of contracts (e.g. time, budget, detailed scope, etc.)'.’; 2) What are the benefits and threats of using the FIDIC CoC during the implementation of construction investments? 3) What are the most common deviations from the FIDIC Golden Principles?
