Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to measure the supply chain performance of the company with the approach of Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Model and reveal the difference in the application of SCOR Model in the distributor company with retail and manufacturing company. This research was conducted at PT. Hokari Linex Pratama. This study use qualitative and quantitative data with descriptive type of research. Methods of research data analysis using the SCOR Model. The research result is the company’s supply chain performance is already good and the SCOR model is more maximal if used in the retail and manufacturing company than distributor company.
