Abstract:
This study explained methodology approach on how the electronic system supports small businesses in the recent time. E-commerce, mobile application provides shopping method for customers that connect to online brand with ease of direct communicate with suppliers. The main goal of this study is based on technological advancements have had a huge impact on the electronic small business, transforming the way consumers connect with brands and empowering them to interact more directly to competitive marketing and convenience of getting products delivered to their doorstep. E-commerce has now become an essential part of our daily activities, determine characteristics of small business should possess in order to be effective in the global market. The research study implements an actor network theory, workflow diagram, function of telecommunication supports, and methodology of guarantee trust in successfully of buying goods online with service delivery. An empirical study of small businesses was determined by using theoretical development and framework to improve survival in businesses that will also guarantee continuity in business and services across the globe market.
