Sustainability of Academic Leadership and Work-Related Attitude: The Construct of Diagnostic Instrument

Abstract:

The paper elaborates the construction of academic leadership variables is obtained from leadership reviews. Meanwhile, the construction of work-related attitude variables is obtained from total quality management reviews. Survey questionnaire was distributed among faculty members in all public universities. The factor analysis is employed in the diagnostic tool formation of academic leadership and work-related attitude. The results represent the views from faculty members on their academic leadership and work-related attitude. The diagnostic instrument can be used to measure the sustainability of faculty members’ academic leadership and work-related attitude at public and private universities.
