Abstract:

Sustainable business development is claimed to be in conflict with maximization of wealth of his owners which is the basic financial aim in management of an enterprise. Using weather risk as example, the paper show that sustainable business development not only is not in the conflict with basic financial aim, but also thru decreasing of weather risk influence contribute to realization of this aim. Article presents the discussion about relations between sustainable business development, ecological sustainable development policy, weather risk and how the second decrease firms value. If present working enterprises manage due sustainable business development rules with sustainable development policy, future enterprises will have better results in maximizing enterprises owners wealth.
