Sustainable Development of Rational Use of Agricultural Land with Allowance for State Support

Abstract:

Today the country's economy is inextricably linked with the environment. This situation is due to the negative impact of industry on the environment. As a result the population suffers. Reducing environmental pollution is possible only with the use of clean and environmentally friendly sources of energy. Increasingly renewable energy sources have been mentioned as the most economically advantageous but also the most expensive at the initial stage of implementation. In this regard not every organization can use them. The most difficult situation is in agricultural production: due to the seasonality of production, dependence on climatic conditions and disparity in prices this industry is not considered profitable and investment attractive. As a rule, agricultural organizations do not have free cash that could be spent on introducing renewable energy sources thereby bringing the production process closer to more effective results. In this case the main role is given to the state as the main regulator of market relations and the source of financing. It is government subsidies and grants that can support organizations in the transition to the use of renewable energy sources. This requires the development of public financing mechanisms for each industry separately with allowance for the influence of all possible factors.
