Abstract:
At the present stage of globalization, the process of increasing of economic instability is occurring, which is a consequence of both objective and subjective factors. Under these conditions, new centers of world and regional development are being formed which forces countries to take a more active position in a process of providing their sustainability. This implies using tools that would be adequate to the conditions of increasing economic instability. The article makes the assumption that this problem would be solved if we use the opportunities inherent in the development of human capital and social activity of citizens. One of the ways to solve this problem may be associated with the active use of crowdsourcing, which ensures the involvement of the general public in the management of economic development. This provides an increase in the educational and intellectual level of citizens, as well as the impact on their economic and social interests. This, in turn, has an impact on the model of the economic system, making it more resilient to changes under the influence of globalization. The authors conclude that the expected results of management activities using crowdsourcing will help to overcome the negative impact of global instability on the national economy.
