Abstract:
Background: Contemporary Business Process Management faces significant integration challenges in achieving holistic digital transformation objectives while incorporating emerging technologies and sustainability requirements. Existing research demonstrates fragmented approaches to UAV technology implementation with insufficient consideration of sustainability implications and hyperautomation potential.
Purpose: This study develops a comprehensive framework for sustainable UAV integration in business process management that enables hyperautomation and supports digital transformation objectives through systematic integration of theoretical foundations and practical implementation guidance.
Method: The research employs systematic literature review methodology following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, analyzing recent academic publications. The framework development integrates Systems Theory, Stakeholder Theory, and Technology Acceptance Model through multi-layer architecture validation.
Results: The framework demonstrates four interconnected layers: Strategic, Operational, Technical, and Sustainability with integration mechanisms enabling cross-layer coordination and multi-stakeholder governance. The framework addresses critical success factors including leadership support, technology adoption barriers, and sustainability measurement protocols.
