Abstract:

The article describes the method of preparation and education of future military professionals in the field of direct leadership under the University of Defence and the system of practice and teaching of military leaders. The first part describes the process of preparation and education of University of Defence students in subjects related to direct leadership (applied behavioural sciences, leadership, military leadership and preparation in the field). The second part describes their interconnectedness, which results from a combination of identified requirements and competencies for military leadership. The third part describes the system of preparation and education of military leaders.
