Abstract:
The general goal of hotel business in quality management is to maximize profits by meeting the needs of guests in hotel services of optimum quality. The purpose of this paper is to elaborate and to analyze the economic-mathematical model for system optimization the quality level of hotel services and their prices. One of the study objectives is to improve the methodological framework for quality level assessment of hotel services. This paper improved the assessment methodology by including additional quality aspects, including quality control, which allows: assess the quality level of hotel services; assess the readiness level of hotels to move to the international level; based on the value of the obtained integral quality indicators and its components, develop recommendations for improving the values of quality indicators. The economic-mathematical model for system optimization the quality level of hotel services and their prices is constructed and analyzed. The optimal values of the quality level and prices of hotel services are determined, allowing to achieve the maximum hotel profit.
