Systematic Literature Review on Business Intelligence for Decision Making in Banking Customer Affiliation

Abstract:

In an increasingly competitive world, information plays a key role in organizations for strategic decisions that may ensure success of the company, managers are aware of the importance of controlling this information and using it to achieve better results in their decision-making processes. To this end, this study is conducted to determine the benefits and effectiveness of implementing business intelligence in the decision-making process of companies worldwide. This study includes a comprehensive analysis of 108 articles published between 2015 and 2020 and extracted from various highly important academic sources. During this 5-year period, there have been advances and new trends in the field of business intelligence, and these served as the basis for this study. The results of this study demonstrate the various benefits of business intelligence in companies and its extensive application in different areas, such as the banking sector, with the aim of providing competitive advantages.
