Abstract:
The paper is devoted to the analysis of the potential influence of teamwork on Information Systems (IS) success. The study concentrates on IS success and its influence on organizational performance. It is assumed that teamwork is one of factors potentially influencing that relation. Empirical research was conducted to verify formulated hypotheses based on results obtained from more than 637 organizations from two business contexts (Poland and Switzerland) in order to determine whether teamwork is a moderator of the relation between IS success and organizational performance.
