Abstract:
One of the most important problem in the conditions of the formation of a new paradigm of economic development is the improving the functioning of telecommunications companies, including the sphere of management, in the special case that the digital economy become popular in the Russian Federation and in the world, and growing level of competition. To solve this problem, it is necessary identify trends affecting the activities of telecommunications companies in the market and on their basis to form directions for the development of telecommunication companies, which would contribute to the appearance of key competitive advantages, that arise because of the opportunities of the digital economy, because of this, the authors identified the main problems of the development of telecommunications companies in the Russian market. At the same time, insufficiently studied questions of direction of development of telecommunication companies in the digital economy, therefore, the focus of this paper is on the problem of identifying trends in the development of the telecommunications market in the digital economy. The purpose of this article is to consider possible ways of developing telecommunication companies by integrating their business processes with Internet technologies and increasing the quantity and quality of services provided to users. The article discusses ways to reduce the cost of development and maintenance of the network and infrastructure, as well as the integration of telecommunications and Internet technologies.
