Abstract:

Different "keywords and constructs" have been linked to risks in various frameworks (Lahmar et al.2016a) using different ways, such as uncertainty, vulnerability, resilience, robustness, security, etc. Although that these concepts appeared sequentially in time, they are often confused. Thus, it may be valuable to have some appreciation of the scope and the meaning of the terminologies before embarking on the remainder of this paper.
