Abstract:

This paper takes into debate the modern problems from the multinational company level in the automotive sector. These problematic topics are due to the lack of testing procedures and standards towards issue management and the integration of the validation process of the specialized personnel. In resolution for the problematic topics discovered in this research, a process of recovery that can improve the enterprise activity was proposed following analysis of all the factors. Along this paper, a solution for improving the validation process and reducing the costs of the testing activity is provided. This solution is delivered in an operational method taking into account the best approach into integrating it in the validation process. By implementing all of the improvement proposals that are presented in this research, the validation process can be optimized and the enterprise that applies these solutions can obtain a reduced cost for increased product quality due to high end procedures.
