The Adoption Behavior of E-learning Technologies towards an Exploratory Study

Abstract:

In the digital economy era, the E-learning permeates increasingly the pedagogical policies of Moroccan universities, in particular since the last reform of university education in this country. If currently the online training represents a complementary support to the classical form of teaching, said in face-to-face mode, this new pedagogical approach is meant to play an essential role in managing the current constraints of academic institutions, especially the over-staffing problem of students, linked to the huge demand for training as well as the law rate of supervision in certain training courses. However, if the E-learning seems an appropriate response to the current university institutions’ challenges the adoption’s issue of these technologies remains widely asked. This article aims to retrace the context of emergence and development of E- learning projects in Morocco.
