Abstract:

Several models for entropy management have been formed and claimed to be more effective. As the entropy of the universe is continuously increasing in several ways and particularly in organizations which bring new challenges on a global level, so working life is becoming more difficult and risky for all businesses and employees. This suggests that the existing management models are not suitable to the global scale, and it emphasizes the need to restructure the models. The conceptual foundations of a new total entropy management model have been formed in the study which can be applied in government organizations, enterprises and private organizations to reduce entropy. It is believed that this study will make a significant contribution to improve entropic efficiency, thus increases the quality of an organization.
