Abstract:

The paper is investigated reindustrialization capacity of Arctic regions of Russia. The international experience of the implementation of the reindustrialization strategy was analysed; the methodological foundations for assessing the readiness of regions for reindustrialization were studied. New assessment approach for reindustrialization capacity was suggested using the fuzzy-logic. The developed approach was used out for assessing the level of readiness of the Arctic regions of the Russian Federation for reindustrialization and recommendations for improving the reindustrialization strategy were formed for each Arctic region.
