Abstract:
The main objective of this paper is to study the concept of strategic scope and analyze its dimensions in the context of an emerging economy. Nowadays, companies are called upon determination or expansion of their scope to act primarily on the market, which outlines the main field of viability and sustainability. Meanwhile, the concern for market competitiveness requires obtaining some resources. On the other hand, the company resources should be optimally exploited to adapt better to the continual changes in the economic environment.
