Abstract:

Given that resistance to change can play a major role in determining how a company operates, it is necessary for those involved in change management to find solutions to avoid mass resistance when a change occurs. The most important aspect to consider is the communication about the need for change, the impact and the benefits it brings to the organization as a whole.
