Abstract:

In this paper the following issues were discussed: budget, income, expenses of local government units. Communes are special entities of management: they make independent decisions, have their own administration, municipal property and finances. Communes do not operate for profit but they carry out public utility tasks for the benefit of the inhabitants of a given local government community.
