The Concept of Participation of Fuel-Energy Companies in Development of Regional Socio-Economic Systems

Abstract:

This research presents the methodology of forming the infrastructure corridor of region’s development (i.e. regions whose administrations ensure the implementation of major investment projects) which is determined by the level of development of fuel and energy, transport and social infrastructure, of human capital, by the elaboration of the procedure of technology transfers etc. The proposed methodology can be used in oil-producing countries to justify a stronger financial presence of companies working in the energy sector in forming municipal and regional budgets. That will provide incentives for socio-economic development of territories.
