Abstract:
The article presents a definition of the concept of talent from the perspective of enterprises. The text attempts to define talent in the business environment, addresses the issues of demand and war for talent and places the position of talent in human resources management, as well as its essence for economic organizations in the XXI century. The literature on the subject was analysed as well as a report prepared by the OECD. It concludes with recommendations for those responsible for human resource management in modern companies.
