The Connection between the Motivation and Performance for Management Positions

Abstract:

The main objective of this study is to display the role of motivation in an organization through the application of a questionnaire that tracks the “E” factors in a diverse sample and comparing the results in order to assess the level of performance. Motivation is a process of three basic elements: needs, incentives, and achieving goals.

“E” factors mainly follow how individuals understand consciously or non-consciously the reward that will be received if they achieve the organizational goals, and thereby are an important motivation mechanism that can raise up the organizational performance.
