Abstract:
In modern economies, services, known as the tertiary sector, are of particular importance for the development activities of the primary sector (agriculture, fisheries, forestry, mining) and secondary sector (manufacturing, construction) as well as ensuring public necessity . The conquest of global markets is almost impossible without a strong network of economic information on the characteristics and specific target markets. Moreover, given that technical progress has led to the production systems of increasingly complex services increases the need to make any consumer or industrial good usable.
