The Correspondence between Workforce Skills and Company Needs in an Innovative Industrial Sector from Romania – Case Study

Abstract:

The paper presents an attempt to analyze the problems related to the level of personnel qualification, analysis that has been carried out through a study that aims to highlight the means of assurance with qualified personnel (directly productive workers) of companies from one of the innovative industrial sectors, namely the clothing industry in Romania. The paper highlights the need to increase the correlation degree between workforce skills and the needs of the companies of this industry, in the new social and economic context.
