Abstract:

The system of the civil protection in Poland has numerous challenges ahead of it and changes which are necessary. He seems to be essential, in order to execution of tasks associated with the civil protection she was consistent with tasks performed in frames of the act on the crisis management, this way, so that the system of the crisis management harmonized and supplemented taken action in favor of the civil protection. In contingencies they are endangered different values. Mainly for exchange oneself life and human health, possessions in great sizes or also natural environment. The author in his article described analysis of available literature and legal documents and using other research methods (among others the comparison, the synthesis or also an inference) he presented the current state of this issue as well as indicated possible shortcomings of the system.
