Abstract:
Many of today's young people choose to work abroad, claiming that home is very difficult to accomplish. There are a lot of national programs and European funds for young people to make a profit, while, of course, respecting the conditions for participation. These programs want to encourage young people not to leave the country. European non-reimbursable youth funds cover 50% of the total eligible costs of the business plan and have been launched in the government program to stimulate the setting-up and development of microenterprises by entrepreneurs up to 35 years of age. In this paper I analyzed the access to European funds, as well as the situation of the young entrepreneurs from Romania who access the non-reimbursable funds and how they positively influenced the communities they belong to. In the elaboration of the paper we took into account several key words such as:European funds, young people, non-reimbursable funds.
