Abstract:

The ease of information in the digital age has effects on forming millennial generation. This study aims to analyze the development of youth leadership character. Qualitative methods were selected with in-depth interviews and observation of a case study of Leadership House (RK). It applies the concept of Prophetic Leadership in building the character of leaders of the millennial generation. The developed values were in the form of humbleness, open-mindedness, objectiveness, moderate, and achievement-contributing. The contemporary Islamic studies program, Tahfidz Al-Qur'an, National Leadership Camp, Community Development, and daily coaching programs, have an impact on the formation of youth leader character.
