Abstract:

This paper is a review of DevSecOps and is based on an analysis of the relevant academic literature, gray literature, industry publications, and product documentation, along with other key materials from leading IT industry vendors. Description, core principles, challenges and common implementation strategies of DevSecOps were presented. The paper provides foundational DevSecOps concepts and a comparison with the DevOps model. Moreover, various techniques and tools integral to DevSecOps practices and various strategies for implementing DevSecOps within teams and organizations are presented.
