Abstract:
The sixth technological structure formation requires an integrated approach to the digital transformation of construction organizations. The use of innovative tools use and adoption of management decisions, are a prerequisite for ensuring competitiveness in the construction market today. The article proposes a typology of digital transformation modules, as well as the structured process of a digital twin formation for a building company. The design object formalization and description of its characteristics and parameters serve as the basis for limitations and where some mathematical tools of set theory are imposed. The mathematical model proposed by the authors makes it possible to implement a systematic approach to building a digital structure and to ensure the formation of an optimal set of tools for a building company digital transformation.
