Abstract:
Resilience (R) is an important element that gives organizations the opportunity to continue their current activities, ensures continuity of processes such as development, learning and improvement. Which enables a more decisive, smoother transformation of the organization's operations. It is important to determine which features and behaviors that create the resilience process are its core, as well as the premises for implementation. Resilience is the basis for building the durability of the organization, and thus determine the ability to survive and continuous development - through appropriate reactions, decisions and actions. It is necessary to know and understand the behaviors, activities and characteristics that shape the organization's resilience processes.Â
