Abstract:

The dynamics of the demographic processes of the Mari El Republic is determined by the socio-economic development of the republic, cultural features and political factors. Creating favorable conditions for a long and healthy life of people is the ultimate goal of the development of any progressive society. The analysis of trends in changes in the standard of living of the population shows how effectively the society copes with this task.
