Abstract:
In recent years, there has been a significant transformation of socio-social relations at work, economic relations and the nature of work are changing. Changes in social norms, values, principles have an impact on the guidelines of human life. The complication of the interaction of participants in industrial relations leads to various psychological consequences, one of which is the introduction of innovative methods of labor support (automated control systems, software of individual technological operations and their cycles), which, in turn, affects the content and specifics of work. A necessary condition for increasing the effectiveness of psychological interaction in the dyad “manager-subordinate” is a positive attitude of employees to the requirements leader. In this regard, it seems relevant to expand knowledge in the field of socio-psychological relationships in the production environment. The article presents the results of a study of the characteristics of the formation of the relationship of subordinates to the middle manager.
