Abstract:

The Economic Development remains a challenge for almost every country on the planet especially today, in a world of increasingly globalized. It is often doubled by the mirage of the so-called wealth for both country and inhabitants. Under the actual specific context of the economic increase in figures, issues like natural resources waste, incredible development in weapons and their costs, the large-scaled usage of win-loss principle and privileges to the strong players underlines the disparities between countries amounted in lack of authentic values, in poverty contributing to both crises and societal imbalance.
