The Effect of Authentic Leadership on Organizational Commitments in Mediation by the Psychological Capital be Observed from the Characteristics of Respondents

Abstract:

The Effect of Authentic Leadership On Organizational Commitments In Mediation By The Psychological Capital Be Observed From The Characteristics Of Respondents in the sports shoes industry in Tangerang, Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative method with PLS (Partial Least Square). The results showed that authentic leadership affects organizational commitment with psychological capital as mediation between the two. The results of test calculations Sobel gets the value 9.622, value of > 1.96, proving that psychological capital is able to mediate the effects of authentic leadership on organizational commitment amounted to 9.622%.
