Abstract:
This study aims to examine the effect of clarity of business vision and top management support on the quality of business intelligence systems at financial institutions in Medan City, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Survey conducted on 54 operational managers to gather information and to test the hypothesis of a study. Data was collected using questionnaires. The data analysed with multiple regression analysis while hypothesis testing used was t-test. Results of this study shown that clarity of business vision and top management support have significant effects on the quality of business intelligence systems.
