Organizational Justice and Altruism: Does Person Organizational Fit Suitable as Moderator

Abstract:

This study looks further at the relationship between distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice, and informational justice towards the altruism that exists within employees with PO Fit as a moderating variable. Altruism was chosen because it is one of the basic dimensions of "Organizational Citizenship Behavior" (OCB) created by Organ, et al., (1983) other than general compliance. The expected results are distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice, and informational justice have an influence on altruism. Moreover, with the PO Fit variable as moderating in this study it is expected that it might show whether this variable can strengthen or weaken distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice, and informational justice against altruism. Thus, later a research model will be formed which is expected to add to the literature in the studies that have been conducted.
