Abstract:

E-commerce has a positive impact on the economy by generating economic growth through the creation of jobs (Anggraini et al., 2020) and by allowing retail stores using the Internet to maximize their sales (Parker and Wenyu, 2019). On the consumer side, e-commerce provides convenience, time efficiency, variety of products, ease and greater access to information and personalized products (Sebald and Jacob, 2020).
