The Effect of Organizational Culture on Organizational Innovation with the Mediating Role of Perceived Organizational Support: Review Paper

Abstract:

Today with the fast-paced business landscape Organizational innovation plays a critical role in the organizational success. An effective organizational culture is essential for understanding organizational innovation behaviors and views. Assisting employees to align personal values with the organizations’ culture is “considered good”.  This paper reviews the literature on organizational culture and perceived organizational support which affects organizational innovation to provide an integrative understanding of the existing literature. Therefore, a conceptual framework of the role of perceived organizational support as a mediator indicator between organizational culture and organizational innovation was proposed for empirical analysis from the UAE context.
